- 1 pack of firm tofu
- Cornstarch, as needed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
For those who like sweet teriyaki, you can also add 1 teaspoon of sugar
Green onions and mayonnaise are optional!

Instructions
- Cut tofu into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
- Drain excess water.
- Using kitchen paper is quicker.
- Coat both sides with cornstarch.
- Fry in oil until both sides are golden brown.
- Pause the heat and add soy sauce and mirin.
- Mix well until fully coated, then it’s done!
