Ingredients
- Your favorite vegetables
- A little tofu
- Seaweed
- Sushi vinegar
- Sushi rolling mat
Instructions
- Cut your favorite vegetables into slices. (*Using various colors of vegetables will make it look beautiful.)
- Cut the tofu into slices.
- Coat the tofu with potato starch and grill both sides.
- Prepare sushi vinegar. (*Mix sugar and vinegar to make sushi vinegar! Mix this with rice.)
- Place sushi rice on top of seaweed sheets.
- Add the ingredients on top.
- Gently roll it up.
- After rolling, let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- You’re done!
