We are sisters living a plant-based lifestyle as Japanese natives.
With a desire to live a life that’s kinder to the planet and animals, we chose this way of living.
Nozomi (the elder sister) lives in Japan, while Mirai (the younger sister) resides in Australia.
Living in Japan, especially outside urban areas, we found it difficult to enjoy vegan meals when dining out, which often left us feeling disappointed.
This lack of options inspired us to start creating our own plant-based Japanese dishes.
As we explored cooking, we realized that so many traditional Japanese foods can be made plant-based! They’re delicious, enjoyable, and surprisingly versatile.
We hope to share these wonderful Japanese dishes with people worldwide who embrace a plant-based lifestyle.
